GBC was the general contractor on the renovation of Signers’ Hall at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The scope of work for this project included; the complete demolition and rebuild of 3 offices, mechanical and electrical upgrades, replacement of doors, casework, extensive painting and carpet replacement. Work was performed on nights and weekends to reduce the impact to the users of this historic building, as well as, in order to meet the time restraint requirement to complete the project during the summer school break.
