GBC was awarded this project, by the University of Alaska Fairbanks, at the Large Animal Research Facility to construct a shower/restroom/meeting room facility for the on-site employees and volunteers. The building is a wood framed structure with a concrete foundation, stand alone mechanical system and electrical system with Direct Digital Controls and phone.
